Apple Music keeps asking me to sign up when I already have!

I subscribed to Apple Music on my Mac at home, and it works lovely! But now I am at work and trying to play Apple Music on my iPhone 6+ and it keeps sending me to a page asking for me to subscribe before it will go any further? What am I doing wrong?

Again, I am posting; adding to my previous post.

I haven't had any success signing out of iCloud or the Apple Music service when the problem is apparent. When I do attempt to sign out of either of the applications, it hangs and ultimately stops trying after about 5-10 minutes.

The good news is that I haven't had the problem happen in over a week. Each time I access apple music, I can play anything I want. Something I noticed; when I am having the problem, if I go to Apple Music / Account info (the little head icon while in apple music). Manage Family... is not in the list.

After I correct the problem or when the software is working properly, when I navigate to this location, I see 'Manage Family...' as I am on a family license.

I didn't do anything to resolve my issue, possibly something changed on Apple/Server side or something, but I am glad.

I have been having a similar experience for a couple of weeks and the time between the notifications that I can't listen to music has been getting less and less.

I am listening mostly on desktops.

What I have found is that for some reason if I go to the Radio menu, click on Beats 1, that station plays. I then go back to the My Music section or playlists, click on what I want to listen to.

It plays again for a while and then seems to time out for some reason. But i don't have to reset anything.

I am on a personal not family plan.

Hope this helps someones frustration, Problem is not resolved, but this does help a little!

Having the same problem. I bought my macbook air yesterday and have been setting it up with all the features that i normally have and my apple ID which has an apple music subscription linked to it was setup on the laptop. It was working fine yesterday and this morning but now whenever i click to play a song from my library it asks me to sign into apple music even though i am clearly logged in due to the fact that m itunes is personalised and eve has my name all over it.

Please help

Hi, i've had the same problem and it all started when i bought my new macbook air. I messed around with it a bit and worked out that you need to authorise the device. When you are on itunes on your mac, the doc up the top of the screen will show a tab saying accounts. If you click on that and then click 'authorisations' and then it will have a tab saying 'authorise this computer'. You will need to enter your Apple ID to authorise but from then on you should be good.
