Where is shuffle songs on iPhone iTunes?

When in My Music select Artists and find the artist you want. Click the picture/icon/album art to the left of their name to start playing a song by the artist. Click the mini player at the bottom of the screen and make sure shuffle is on. Now all songs by the artist will shuffle. You do not need to create a playlist as some are suggesting. Also, you can use Siri - "Shuffle all songs by Pink Floyd."

What it comes down to is that whomever at Apple pushed this update didn't consider shuffle a key feature of a mobile device (which is garbage). Apple, search the internet and see how many people not only used, but loved the ability to randomly play songs with one click (myself included) I implore you, put this feature back into the next update.

If you read the entire thread, you will see that you are not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user support forum. If you "implore" Apple to putt this feature back, you have to tell Apple, because posting it here is not telling them anything. The feedback link was posted earlier in the thread, butt I will repeat it again for you. http://www.apple.com/feedback

New iTunes is not very good on iPhone, to say the least 😠

Thank you so much for your help. My kids were about ready for strangling me - i just couldn't get my head round it and they've got fed up of me asking them to help me. The recent upgrade has pretty much baffled them too (they no longer use Apple)

I agree! I can't wait to change my phone. This is my third iPhone and I've really had enough. Since Steve Jobs has gone, Apple has all gone pear shaped!

I know previous posts tried to help by pointing out the Shuffle button but unfortunately that is only an on/off button. From what I can tell, it does not actually force a reshuffle like the previous button that disappeared that was at the top of the Songs list.

I never used the Shuffle button in the past, so I cannot confirm or deny it forcing a reshuffle. But I can tell you this button will turn Shuffle on and off as the other one did too.

Thank you! My gosh I was going crazy trying to figure this out! I can only imagine all the car accidents essentially changing thus hiding this feature will cause lol. Why every update does something one uses become invisible lol?
