Where is shuffle songs on iPhone iTunes?

What happened to shuffle songs on iTunes on the iPhone?

I did the update to the latest iOS (that included the new iTunes). Everything is reorganized and I can not find the option to shuffle play my song library.

That is a feature that I like to use a lot — to listen to my music in random order.

iPhone 5, iOS 8.4

Once you have started a single song, with that song displayed on the screen, you will see the shuffle icon in the bottom section of the screen. Tap on the song towards the bottom in case you cannot see the full screen for he song control. I'll post a screen shot in a few.

A/ WADR, you shouldn't be playing with your phone changing music settings, texting or what-not when driving. The life you save might be your own or those pf your children, or me or mine.

B/ Another person earlier asked the same thing you did : "I wish that Apple would stop screwing around with the presentation of things every time they do an update."

It appears that it's more important for Tim Cook to use Apple to do his SJW schtick (including spending billions on useless music and over priced headphones) than it is to maintain and grow and improve what was the best terrific user interface.

There are thousands of complaints on other pages of the latest Music and Itunes upgrades totally eating user's music libraries, so I guess we should consider ourselves lucky.

I have been using Mac since 1989 (and iPhones for more than a few years), and it is tragic to watch them destroy a great product. It's a wonder someone on the board doesn't step up to straighten this out.Or maybe they all just have immediate access to Tier 4 Help whenever they get flustered with these terrible upgrades.

I totally agree with the previous post. This is just one more of the endless ways that Apple insists on making their products unusable, unbearable, and just so unbelievably annoying. yes I am a hypocrite because i use an iPhone and a Mac, but i'm in way too deep to start over. If my phone and computer fall into the ocean i will start over with another manufacturer that doesn't feel the need to constantly f#$% with my life.
