I'm hoping Apple music gets fixed soon (a ground up re-write might be a good place to start).
Putting aside Apple Music's convoluted user interface (Apple, please take a look at how easy it is to queue up new music from multiple playlists and artists in the Sonos App), Apple Music is unreliable to the point of being unusable; I've cut it a lot of slack but my patience is wearing very thin as I'm not seeing any improvement.
I would like to permanently switch to Apple Music and cancel my Spotify subscription, but many of the times I run Apple Music on my phone it doesn't work, so I revert to Spotify (which always works). Fear not though, resetting my phone (holding the home and power buttons for a few seconds) means I can play Apple Music again (what a joke).
I have been looking forward to Sonos delivering Apple Music support, but I don't envy their engineers having to code against this evolving shambles; I bet they're questioning their statement that they'd deliver Apple Music on Sonos by the end of the year (hats off to them if they do!).
I suspect Spotify will have added better family sharing support, pricing and extended their artist library by the time Apple get Apple Music anything close to usable (and if they do, I will happily stick with Spotify).
The race is on, Apple, the 3 month free trial we all signed up to is flying by...
