Just as an update.

After further checking I found that 'Connect' video wouldn't play on my iOS devices.

I have now changed all of my iOS devices and iMac to use this DNS entry 199.85.127.10

Everything works as it should now.

I had tried this before but with a different DNS entry, which didn't work.

I also tried the Google public DNS entries but these didn't work for me either. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

I hope this helps?

I'm running OS X 10.10.4 and iTunes 12.2.1.16 and I cannot get Apple Music to work. Same issue as everyone else - it just keeps skipping songs without playing.

I'm in the UK and with Sky, but my iOS 8.4 device is also on my Sky WiFi network and has no problems. I updated to iTunes 12.2.1.16 and it worked fine, it only stopped working for me yesterday.

Not impressed with this Apple. Actually, I'm not surprised at all iTunes won't work with Apple Music properly - iTunes has long been a horrible application to use and I hope Apple is planning to kill it off in favour of something build from the ground up..

I don't want to sound like a broken recorded but Yes, I'm on Sky, having the same issue for about a week now. PLUS, i just did a DNS clean + restart and now all my music that I had put in a playlist or saved have all gone. My worst nightmare.

I've also cancelled my subscription and back on Spotify.

Also i figured out why they gave us 3months free trial... for issues like this.

On a side note - before all this, my playlist just wouldn't sync with my iPhone 5c.

I got an error code with Apple Music on iOS 8.4 but it disappeared really quickly and the music kept playing fine. So I think this is affecting iOS 8.4's Apple Music too, only it has better error handling than iTunes (it freaks out).

This only happens Sky for me - I've tested with my work's VPN (a University) and with my mobile network Three (via Personal Hotspot).

Changing to Google's DNS (8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4) didn't fix it for me. I don't think this is DNS related but something else that Sky are needing to resolve.

I've had the same problem for the past few days, and again I am using Sky.

I have managed to resolve it using the Norton ConnectSafe DNS (as mentioned by a previous poster - https://connectsafe.norton.com/)

The Google DNS settings did not work.

Unfortunately, the Sky Hub given to me for access to their Fibre product will not allow me to change the DNS settings on the router itself. Therefore, I'm having to adjust the settings for each connected device individually.

I was experiencing this problem on my Windows 8.1 PC and my 10.10 MBP, but with this solution they are both now working.

I too have suffered the same issue with regards to Itunes simply skipping any tracks selected through Apple Music. I am using Itunes on a Windows 7 PC via a Sky broadband connection and the issue seems to just be with accessing songs through Apple Music however the radio functions seem to still be working perfectly fine.

It would definitely seem as though this may just be a problem with Sky specifically as I have been successful with accessing Apple Music tracks through a BT WiFi connection. I plan to contact Sky about this tomorrow so to at-least make them aware of this issue.
