Better title for the problem than stated in wakeup problem since 10.10.4 update Mac mini 2012 or Re: after osx 10.10.4 update mac mini won't wake up from sleep
It's definitively related to the upgraded bottom rather than 10.10.4
Several people have downgrade to 10.10.3 but the wakeup problem persists.
Mac mini, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)
bottom= bootrom (spelling checker misinterpretation)
bootrom MM61.0106.B08 issue (wakeup problem)
