cannot submit podcast to the iTunes Directory.

I'm using Libsyn, how do I go about resubmitting the last couple of episodes that have been caught up in this issue? We did one today and it's still not updating. I tried to resubmit the feed and I just got an error saying it was already submitted. Can someone help me - very much a techphobe with this!

You only submit to iTunes one time - if you have already submitted then there is nothing else to do - just make sure the episodes are on your feed.

What is your iTunes store page? Or what is the Title of your show?

The feed works when subscribed to manually in iTunes so you should be OK. It can take a couple of weeks, sometimes more, to get a podcast accepted.

Thankyou for that. My issue is it was approved and all updating properly until July 1 when a few podcasts seem to have gone down.

Now now it's almost been down for 2 months. I was hoping it wpull just fix itslef, but alas!

In your post for the July 8th episode there was a hidden special character in the description.

Make sure NOT to copy show notes over from Word. Best if you are writing your show notes before hand to do so in Text edit or Note Pad.

I removed that character and now your feed validates ok.

iTunes should now update in the next day or so.
