Wow. Great round-up!
I would also add Vox for music. Vox is a cool player, works on Mac & iPhone. Using it and Swinsian too.
For transferring files there's WALTR, decent iTunes alternative for Mac & Windows. So if you use it in concert with Vox or Swinsian – you basically doesn't need iTunes.
You also missed iMazing and iExplorer in your list. But other than that – it's a great round-up!
There are few alternatives to iTunes. You could review them but they will not offer syncing support to Apple i-devices or connectivity to iCloud/iTunes Store.

Thanks Limnos!
I still use iTunes to sync, edit tags and buy music. However I am using Plex as a replacement for iCloud Music Library and iTunes Match, to stream music and video directly to my iPad and other Macs: https://plex.tv/
I thought it would be a good idea on my Mac to have a complete alternative to the iTunes library. A separate library with its own player. I.E., one that you buy from another vendor, install and then import copies of all of your iTunes files. i know it would take up a lot of space, but I've got it. You see, I think it's a royal pain in the butt to have to restore iTunes from a Time Machine backup whenever an iTunes update screws up your files. I back up my stuff on an external drive, but I don't really want to use it unless there's a major problem with my Mac. Plus, if you have to restore iTunes on your Mac, you also have to do the same with your iPads and iPhones. That has been a pain in the neck. Having another completely separate database with its own player and functionality sounds like a good idea to me. I just have not found what I'm looking for yet.
I'd rename this topic to... Build Your Own iTunes (with stuff that you actually need) 😉
Since iTunes is bloated... with all the stuff cramped into it. I decided to build my own 'iTunes', that consists of separate apps to manage my devices and plays songs.
I'd recommend the following apps that do 1 thing but do it REALLY good and fast:
P.S.
this is just MY personal list of apps. If you guys think there's something easier or better let me know.
What about inputting information in id3tags like genre?
