Cloud Music Library not responding

I'm trying to listen to some new artists that I've searched for in the 'new' tab in iCloud on my mac and get the following error message:

The shared library “Cloud Music Library” is not responding. (503)

Check that any firewall software running on either the shared computer or this computer has been set to allow communication on port 443.Cour

iTunes store samples and music on my mac are all playing fine, it's just everything that is streaming and it won't let me add the music either. I've not changed any settings and all is working fine on my iOS devices. Any ideas?

Also getting the same error message, for the first time:

The shared library “Cloud Music Library” is not responding. (503)

I am also suspicious that it says Cloud and not iCloud -- today has been a very suspicious and weird day for my Apple devices.

1) My MBP randomly shut froze (black screen) and required force reboot

2) My iPhone 6 Plus is no longer able to recognize Wi-Fi at all (you can't even turn Wi-Fi on in order for it to find networks, it's like the radio inside is dead)

3) Now this...

No idea what is going on but definitely suspicious since all three devices/softwares have been working perfectly fine
