Windows 10 on Macbook: "No audio output Device is installed"

I install Windows 10 on my MacBook, and MacBook has no sound. "No audio devices is installed."

Please Help.

MacBook Pro 13'' Mid 2012, Yosemite 10.10.4 .

Step 3: Boot to USB installer OS X and verify startup disc. Right?
