Black dead spot appears on Watch Retina Display

Black dead spot suddenly appears on Apple Watch Retina Display with normal use within one week of purchase; third-party tech says caused by forced pressure and not covered by warranty and asks that I buy a new watch (their offer). No unusual pressure or force was ever used on the device. Anyone has similar or same problem?

They replaced mine for free today. I am in Turkey, I bought it from US and my 1 year international warranty was expired last month. One of the geniuses was claiming that it was caused by user damage and I may need to pay for it (even if there was no damage outside the screen) and he said he never saw something like this before. I showed him other users' photos with exactly the same issue (this may convince him that it was not my fault) then he took it for technical inspection and came with my replacement. I suggest you to do the same, show them other devices with the same issue.
