There is a green pixel screen on my display monitor, how do I fix this problem? I have restarted it, and the problem isn't resolved.

I thought so too! But the Gospel According to Apple Support "literally" says otherwise (?)

It is true that, with what we know so far, we are no better equipped to diagnose a "pixel anomaly" than to fix one, a graphics card or display.
