Why can't I get the most recent Itunes? Windows 10

Ok so I upgraded to Windows 10 and moved all my music files to where they should be but only SOME of them would sync (weird since they're all together) and I even added a new folder into my iTunes library but it still wouldn't add to my iPhone. So I thought I would uninstall Itunes and reinstall. Well the icon is just the red one like I had before my last iTunes update (the icon is blue and pink) and it says it can't access my iTunes library because a newer version made it, nor will it open iTunes at all! So how and where do I get the newest verion??? All I can find is 12.1.2 ... I thought that was the most recent!

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1.2

My PC is 3.5y old but still very good with Win10 64bit. I had itunes on it and never updated really.

1 week ago I had a virus and had to wipe my HDD/SDD/registry etc. and killed all my data.

After that I was re-installing all programs which went fine except ⚠ itunes.

I had the same error as this person here:

iTunes Installation error: "Microsoft VC80.CRT.TYPE="win 32".version=8.0.50727.6195".publicKeyToken='1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b".p…

I didn't even know there are two different 64bit versions of itunes ***!!

But your links truly helped and solved the problem right away

Fresh install of Windows 10 I had to use the third link. Was getting the Microsoft.vc80 error.
