iCloud.com Just Has the Spinning Wheel

Hi. I'd like to check if this is just an issue with our Mac or the internet servers or if it's a global issue and iCloud is down, worldwide. When I go to iCloud.com, it has the background but it just has that spinning thing. The prompt for the password and username isn't there. It's the same for the other PC (Windows 10) as well as in the iPhone (using the Dolphin browser not Safari for the iOS).

It works on Smart though when you use, say, an iPhone as hotspot. I hope it gets resolved soon.

Hi. It's fixed now, iCloud is back to normal. The login is displaying again instead of just the spinning wheel. They've read the emails. Apple's great a listening and reading the emails (albeit thousands in a day).

I've not used Hotspot Shield, thanks for the solution. But if the solution is a VPN, it may seem to be related to IP not being recognized by one of Apple's iCloud servers (asian server maybe).
