I had upgraded my late 2013 MacBook Pro to Windows 10. The Bluetooth driver didn't work, but just about everything else did. I just updated Boot Camp and now my Thunderbolt display is not recognized by Windows. I've reinstalled the Boot Camp 6 update, rebooted, etc. No joy. Anyone encountered / solved this issue?

Do the ports on the TB work, but just not the monitor? Older Macs do not support TB hot-plug. GT750m is a 2013/2014 model.
You can try and SMC Reset and a NVRAM Reset and test. How is the Toshiba connected to the iMac? TB-to-HDMI?
1. Is your TB-to-HDMI an Apple adapter. Do you have an Apple TB-to-VGA adapter that your TV can support?
2. NVRAM reset does not harm your computer.
What other connections are possible to this LG monitor? For example, have you tested with HDMI or DVI/VGA?
A NVRAM reset will nto harm your iMac. If you connect the Toshiba, and boot W10, does it recognize the Toshiba? Are all Bootcamp drivers installed? What is the GPU and driver version?
