I reported a spam/junk from a phone number I wasn't sure about on my text messages. I think it was now someone I knew and like to unspam it but don't know where to find the number to undo it??????y

You can see the contacts and phone numbers that you've blocked in Settings under Phone, FaceTime, or Messages:
- Settings > Phone > Blocked
- Settings > FaceTime > Blocked
- Settings > Messages > Blocked
From this screen, you can add more people to your blocked list, or tap Edit to unblock someone

Go to Settings > Messages > Blocked > Edit. Remove the numbers that you no longer want to block.

The name will show up since you e already saved it in your contacts. So technically you'll just be "recovering" their number. Once you found their number you can save it again and unspam them
Yes you will be receiving their messages now. If you want to, try sending them a message first, they should respond and you'll see it as the saved contact you've added. GOOD LUCK 😁
The same happen to me but I found a solution just find a way to get in contact with the person and tell them to text you...
The numbers that show up in blue are people who have iMessage (iPhones) if they show up in grey that just means they don't have iMessage and are Android users.
