but there are a lot of missing Features by the ONE you are referring to they can add these features to it

1- No Pause in capturing Videos

2- No outgoing call waiting Notification

3- No Vibration in answer

I don't think it is a crime to ask for a feature that i miss and does exist in other phones

This is not the place to ask for a feature. There are only other users here. Not Apple. If you are certain that lots of users want a feature submit feedback to Apple. When lots of people submit feedback requesting the same feature it is frequently added to a future release. That is the ultimate test of whether there are a lot of people that want it.
