Ios 9 cant enable mobile data for application(s)?

I'm having exactly the same issue. Any apps that were switched off for mobile data use before the IOS 9 update will not now switch back on. I've reset network settings to no avail. Deleting the apps and reinstalling them doesn't seem to work either. I thought about using one of my recent backups to iCloud but oddly since the IOS update I no longer have any phone backups despite me previously backing up pretty regularly!

Yes, same here. Pretty crippling bug. Apple please fix this pronto.

I've resorted to redownloading iOS9, wiping my phone and restarting, having restored everything, this bug remains.

im having the same issues.. used wifi to update to iOS so when I updated the iOS most of my apps are not enabled to use cellular data. Now most of my apps can't use cellular data. so ****** off right now coz I'm not home all the time and always depend on my cellular data wherever I go.. Dunno what to do? went to Apple Store a while ago and those Apple employees did not help at all.... I tried resetting all my settings 3times today to no avail.

Same Issue on me, I call Apple support but no solution.

I did upgrade why Itunes. And do restore using wire so Wifi is note the problem.

Also after restore have done reset to defaults and network reset. But same issue.

I hope that the solution is not to clean install as new phone (that was what support told me).

IS that what support told yo? Clean install? I'm tempted to do that as I am desperate to enable cellular data for my other apps.. I don't think the next update will be released anytime soon.. I will never update on first day of release.. Ever...

Yes , they told me to Restore , use it as new phone, install the app that is not working ( in may case are arround 50 apps), and try to restore the backup.

But they didn´t have any reports of this issue jet, I was the firts one to report this problem. The support first try to tell me that was a issue of restoring the backup not cause of Ios9. After told him all the steps I´ve done then he realize that is a Ios 9 issue.

That's clearly not the case. I spoke to Apple support reporting this issue at 10:30 GMT this morning (4 hours ago in other words). They werent able to offer a fix other than a clean install which I don't really want to have to do as IOS 9 seems to have deleted all my iCloud backups. Hopefully they will come up with a workaround soon.

I am facing similar problem, Please let me know the solution if anyone have, Apple pls check this BUG, otherwise phone can only be use to dial numbers.

I dont think it will work after reading about so many issues.

Im going to call again to support. And Im going to ask to downgrade to Ios 8, then I will enable all the aplication and after im going to upgrade.

I can't access mobile data at all. Checked settings, all seems fine. Reset settings but nothing. I didn't notice yesterday as I was at home with WiFi.

II've got the same problem aswell. Tried everything but can't get any mobile data. I was on wifi when I did the update and didn't realise till I got to work, absolutely fuming right now. Hope this gets sorted soon. Tried to go back to ios8 but it won't let me

I aalso noticed with my reception dropped to 3G only after the update to IOS 9, I am always getting 4G reception before. I checked with my mate who's in the same network with me still gets 4G on his iPhone (IOS 8.1.4).

Am afraid to report the bug still does exist in 9.1 beta too. So I've just wasted time trying that avenue too.
