iOS 9/iTunes 12.3 not syncing app through devices

I've recently updated my IOS and ITUNES to the latest versions and when I sync my iphone is not syncing the apps automatically on my mac as it used to do before.

Is that a glitch of the new IOS?
Any easy solution to sort it out?

iPhone 6, iOS 9

After reading all the replys from Apple in here. From their support tickets, I still cant see why they do this.

WHAT IS ITUNES NOW USED FOR?

Besides restore without apps ..........

I cleared all my Itunes 12.3 folders in my windows pc because I thought the Itunes 12.3 folders were corrupt.....

It turns out it is Apple change to Itunes 12.3 and IOS9...........

I just realized this "new feature" today. I used itunes only a few times a year (saving some unused apps BUT i want to USE it again in the future, and some apps that already gone from the app store) and i need to use it today. But, i guess i'm stuck right now. After upgrading my itunes to 12.3.1.23, i regreted it badly, since some of my apps weren't in the app store anymore. I really hate this so called "new feature", and i think there no use installing itunes. Itunes is worth for me because it can sync apps, nothing useful beside that. So I guess apple's engineers need to go down to the place called "EARTH" rather than stay in their beloved "CLOUD" and see that there are so many reasons people can't depend on their "CLOUD".

But they won't read this thread anyway...LOL

Yes, iTunes apps synced in Mac-Mini are not showing in a 4-day-old 27" iMac. Wasted a day thinking it was me. Afraid to attempt hard-wire sync until "issue" is resolved.

new purchases can sync to various iTunes on different machines using the same Apple ID

if the automatically download purchases is enabled on each. If you want to have updates

synced to different machines, then you can do that manually. In each iTunes instance,

simply select Apps and then select Updates and then chose which to update or update

all.

Also, in iTunes on the iMac, log into iTunes with the Apple ID used to purchase all

your apps and again, select Apps and My Apps. You should see all of the apps available for

download to the iMac.

Also, simply copy your entire iTunes folder to your iMac and open iTunes holding down the

Option key and select the old library.

12-10-15 and I find the apps listed on my mac's "App Store" for me as purchased and installed do not match with the apps installed on my ipad or iphone. 1password doesn't appear. Yet all were installed from the mac store on each device. Also, things are not syncing. I had to delete and reinstall everything on each device. I wonder when their update will fix this issue, because it obviously still exists...

I make fun of an old friend - an application programming architect. Why can't you leave something good alone? You keep coming up with updates to justify your salaries, I tell him. Only a small percentage of users need all your features. the rest of us want to remain productive. Your hardware/software should not interfere with the productivity of my life or job.

How about creating two options:

One for the geeks who want (probably not need) the latest greatest features who are willing to spend countless hours dealing with bugs.

A second where you just give us security fixes and patches for bugs and let us get on with our lives and jobs.

He compares his field to the automobile industry of 100 years ago and how unstable they were. Do we need to wait for a century to think nothing of turning it on and getting on with our lives? I think not.

Product support has changed considerably since the advent of mobile devices and apps with lame websites (if any), no phone number or address. There is little accountability except to shareholders of big businesses who drive the industry (crazy).

that being said, I try not to point fingers at others. If I do not want the hassle, I try not to get sucked in. Easier said than done.

For purchases, you need to enable automatic app downloads for

purchases made on other devices. At least this way, iTunes will

have your purchases. However, this will only occur with all future

purchases and you will need to manually download all previous purchases.

Updates are another issue. The only solution is to go to iTunes FIRST,

and download all updates and then sync your devices to iTunes. This

is a step backwards to how things were done in the beginning with iPods.

This is only way to insure you have all apps and updates in your iTunes libraries.
