IOS9 upgrade mobile data toggle not working

Hi - I have updated to IOS9 and i have tried to toggle the mobile/cellular data toggle on pages and numbers app from off to on - it goes straight back to off.


what might be the problem? or does anyone know how to fix?


i've reset network data and also turned phone off and on.

I'm having the same issue. The "use cellular data toggle" won't stay on for Spotify, Apple Music, Wallet, and many other apps. I originally thought it was only the apple apps that were affected but it's just random apps. It's very frustrating and hoping there's a fix soon. I have "use cellular data" turned on in all of the areas it should be, I've reset network settings, I've tried all of the tricks, still the issue is there.

I have the same issue on an iphone 6 model MG4C2B/A. Im based in the UK and on Vodafone.

I also just updated to the latest patch 9.0.1. in hopes it would fix the issue but it hasn't. I've tried almost all of the non invasive fixes but do not want to wipe my phone and will wait for the fix. I'm surprised Apple have not responded to this forum as recognition of the issue. Thanks to the guys who have contacted apple. Please keep us updated.
