Hi - I have updated to IOS9 and i have tried to toggle the mobile/cellular data toggle on pages and numbers app from off to on - it goes straight back to off.
what might be the problem? or does anyone know how to fix?
i've reset network data and also turned phone off and on.

I had very old backup available on my iCloud which I used for restoration and it worked for me.
However, I lost all my data to avoid which I restored with latest iTunes backup which again threw same issue.
I will be taking just required backup of my data but not settings and will restore it again through my iCloud backup.
I have the same issue on an iphone 6 model MG4C2B/A. Im based in the UK and on Vodafone.
I also just updated to the latest patch 9.0.1. in hopes it would fix the issue but it hasn't. I've tried almost all of the non invasive fixes but do not want to wipe my phone and will wait for the fix. I'm surprised Apple have not responded to this forum as recognition of the issue. Thanks to the guys who have contacted apple. Please keep us updated.
This is ridiculous, i'm paying for a service that i can't use at all even AFTER DOWNLOADING THE 9.0.1 UPDATE
same driving me crazy apple we pay a premium for your phone so we should have great service i use my phone for work no good to me without the net hurry up ffs
i still have the same problem with the cellular data not turning on too even after downloading ios 9.0.1. It didn't fix anything at all. Help!!!!

I from Colombia, i have the same proble, Apple says it is a problem of the service provider.
oh of course... The old blame game. They must have hired the tech support rejects from Microsofts. That's what I used to hear when my desktop would crash. Here's a suggestion. Let your army of lawyers experiance the same problems, and excuses that your loyal customers are dealing with and see what happens.
I just upgraded to 9.0.1... THE PROBLEM IS STILL THERE! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

Mine isn't working either and the newest update didn't fix it! Come on Apple I need my data, that's why I pay for it.
I Think Steve Jobs is furious and yelling "what bunch of schmucks" somewhere now
Latest update does not fix this issue.Might not use all my data this month thanks to this bug.
