IOS9 upgrade mobile data toggle not working

I have the same problem and have tried all the potential remedies with no success. I have contacted Apple support to lodge the problem and look for compensation. Apple cannot continue to issue ios updates with so many bugs and then have customers lose functionality because they didn't test properly. I would suggest all users ask for compensation since we are paying for mobile data and cannot use it. I don't know about the rest of you but my mobile phone plan is expensive and it really irks me when I can't use something that I paid for. Especially when it is due to a screw up that is out of my control. That said, Apple does not have a defined time to fix this problem. The latest 9.0.1 update did nothing to fix the problem.

9.0.1 update didn't resolve the mobile data toggle switch issue.

Even toggle switch for some native apps dosent work.

The same thing has been happening to me. I moved to an unlimited data plan and so started to flip data on my apps and it keeps switching them back to off. Talked with support and they had me reset my network connections, didn't work, updated to 9.0.1, said that fixed all the problem, but still not working. Apple said that they're working on another update to fix it.

I am having the same issue. And now am experiencing massive battery drain as well. This update was the worst one yet! I have tried shutting down and restarting, tried homding the home button and the power button to force a hard shut down, all to no avail. Does anyone have an answer?

Did the whole she-bang (from resetting the network settings to a complete restore option) and downloaded the new update but still my cellular data toggle for the apps does not work. What more should I do?

RIght now there is nothing that can be done besides downgrading to iOS 8. Just have to wait for Apple to fix their S%#T and send out another update. Apple is the screw up here, not you, not your phone. So I guess we just have to sit on our hands for the time being.

How do we downgrade to iOS 8?

I want to think that you may have to jailbreak or maybe restore from a previous backup that had iOS 8. Other professionals please chip In here.

Clearly this thread has not hit enough pages to warrant attention as this issue remains unfixed. Suggestion it is the mobile providers issue is bizarre- so many of them are doing the wrong thing? fortunately for me my main apps were on already... This would be a disaster for those who left email off prior to the upgrade.

same issue... seriously apple is gonna suck if this continues............. !! spending 1000 dollors and getting such phone is not at all accepted !! from last 10 days I am not able to use any applciations which requires cellular data... !!
