I upgraded my iPad 4 to iOS 9 and after the install the initial setup stepped thru a couple of Apple Pay screens, but I don't seem to have a Wallet app on the iPad like I do on my iPhone 6. How do I get the Wallet app on my iPad?

change you region to united states and the wallet setting will apear.
now you only need an american creditcard to make it work :-(
I added some credit cards to my 9.7" iPad Pro for Apple Pay. But I want to order them, and I'm not finding "Wallet".
I found how to change the default credit card, but I'd still like a Wallet app.
My large iPad Pro doesn't have the Wallet App, but my 6th Gen. iPod Touch does.
Isn't that odd?
I haven't tested yet my 9.7" iPad Pro, but found where to change the default credit card. I have the same two credit cards that my iPhone 6S+ has. But no Wallet app.

So why do they have settings to add a card to Apple Pay on my iPad Pro? I added it, and got the e-mail saying it has been accepted.
I haven't yet found a list of web sites that use Apple Pay. I'd like to try it out.
