Issues with "Groups" in Contacts after iOS 9 upgrade

Hello,

I am having two issues.

1. My groups in contacts are no longer in alphabetical order after upgrading to ios9. I have tried removing them via the iTunes sync and then adding them again and all it did was resort them in another random order - not alphabetical. Has anyone else had this issue? Do you have a fix?

2. Contacts used to remember which Group I had selected for viewing. Now, after ios9 upgrade, each time I go into contacts via direct or by "Phone", ALL my Groups are checked instead of the 1 group I had chosen, so ALL my contacts appear.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Does anyone have the new issue of contacts talking a looooooong time to sync (update) between the cloud devices???? I add new contacts on my computer and at times waiting 1-4hours for them to show up on my iphone or ipad. Before 9.0, I don't remember ANY delay.

Yes, I've also noticed the delay. But I am not sure if there was any delay in the previous version.

With the release of iOS 9.2 this morning, this issue has finally now been resolved 🙂

Finally released to the public.... this has been in beta for several weeks.

YES Finally, the issue is resolved... hope someone from Apple learned something from this, if nothing else at least put together a system for bugs like this one can be logged so others can easily know it's being addressed.

I've spent probably 2 hours in total trying to get a answer back in September, hopefully issues like this don't happen again in the future. I'm SO thrilled to have my groups back in Alphabetical order !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IOS version 9.2 (13C75) seems to have corrected the problems introduced by IOS version 9 which scrambled the sort order of contacts book groups.

Ditto--Exact problem when I got my iphone 6s in October which had the 9.0 installed. Hoping problem would be fixed soon. Just bought an iPad mini 4--same problem due to same iOS 9.0. My two other iPads have the iOS 8.4 with no problem. I hesitate to update until the problem is fixed.
