iOS 9, Cellular settings not saving

Is anybody having this issue? Is there a solution?

When I go to the "Cellular" Settings and mark off the apps I want "Use Cellular Data For:", they do not actually save.

When you back out and come back into that panel, they are unmarked again. The only ones still marked off were the apps I had marked off as yes prior to the installation of iOS 9. I have restrictions off for everything.

When I try to use the apps on cellular service, I get errors saying I need to be connected.

I reseted my phone entirely and erased everything !!! It fixed the problem for me

🙂 Seems like it is finally resolved! It's working now on my iPhone 6 after the update. About time but what a saga this has been!

Ios 9.0.2 downloaded on Iphone 6 - Works perfect. So far so good, I hope in 2 days I stay happy !!! @ Apple, please read these items much faster ! In a mobile world een problem with mobile data = disaster !!!

Our long National nightmare is over. The update works. Beats the reset/new option. Took 10 minutes vs who knows how many hours

IOs9.02 addresses the issue and fixes it. Worked for me minutes ago

New IOS 9.0.2 is now avail as a fix. However if that is not working for you - verify you are on the latest OS for your computer and Latest ITunes Version.

Then attempt a RESTORE as NEW and not from a back up.

You may have to place the device in Force Recovery Mode.

When I check my settings for updates, only 9.0.1 is showing up. How do I get 9.0.2?

I had downloaded the beta 9.1 to try to fix the cellular data problem and they also released a fix to that today along with 9.0.2. I had to go find it for myself and was not notified. However, I downloaded and now my cellular data toggles function properly. A life/work saver!

I am still unable to download 9.0.2. It still doesn't show up when I go into my settings and check for updates...only 9.0.1 shows up there. So I tried to do the download from iTunes. After the download completed (took 70 minutes), it said "processing file" for a few seconds, then I got an error message saying, "There was a problem downloading the software for the iPhone. The network connection times out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, or try again later." I tried the download again. Same thing happened, it went through the entire 70 minutes of downloading, started processing the file, then gave me the same error message. Our network connection is working fine, so I don't know what the problem is. Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions??
