Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Just installed IOS9 to my iPad Mini - biggest issue so far is that the screen no longer rotates - it stays in what i call the 'book mode' - can no longer 'turn it on its side' so to speak.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?
Is there a way to correct this unwelcomed change?

I have this problem too with an iPad Retina (non-fingerprint). When I rotate the device whilst on the home screen it does not rotate. When I swipe to move to page 2 the screen rotates. If I rotate the device back, it does not change until I swipe to another page or back to the home screen.

This is the exact same problem I've been experiencing on my iPad Air 2 since upgrading to iOS 9. Here's hoping that Apple comes out with a fix sooner rather than later.
Same issue for me, this what I posted 4 days ago:
The screen orientation doesn't change when I rotate my new iPad Air 2 and it remains the same as before the last switching off. To get the rotation I must open a whatever App.
This is an annoying behavior that doesn't happen with another my iPad Air.
Both devices have iOS 9.0.2
I tried to restart the iPad, uselessly.
