Yes, you're right sanfordius, the links are dead. I was so thrilled to be able to see whole pages that I didn't notice that issue. Back to some remedial coding for the Apple guys I guess.

9.2 hasn't helped me I think the slightest, Unfortunately. Whatever this issue is, Apple is having a hard time cracking it.

17 months later, the problem has still not been solved 😟 One might hope that, three upgrades after encountering this problem, Apple might have got round to fixing it, but no.
