Very slow download from Mac App Store

Hello everybody! Why download speed from Mac App Store is very slow? How fix it?

I trying download Xcode and iPhoto.


Mac mini late 2012, Mac OS X 10.10.5

Mac mini (Late 2012), OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

I'm in Cordoba, Argentina, and today it's been impossible to even load the App Store. It takes minutes just to get the page fully loaded, and downloading anything is just a daunting task. I wanted to check El Capitan, since the previous OS was such an epic failure, but I'm starting to get convinced that I have to switch to Ubuntu. I guess Apple lost its most precious quality tester...

Download from App Store is WAY TOO SLOW.

Bandwidth is 700KB/s... I'm on FiberOptic 80/10Mbs.
