Speech on selecting text read too fast after installing IOS9. I tried to adjust speech in the setting but it did not work. It happen to both iPad 2 and iPhone 5s.

Try a simple Reset by holding down the Wake/Sleep and Home buttons until the Apple logo appears. This often helps with miscellaneous problems.

Try sliding speed on voice over, speech and reboot, did not work. May have to wait for update from apple.

Exactly the same problem voice over and speech and resetting none fixed it.

I reset the phone by holding the two buttons down and shutting the phone off and restarting.

This is a bug that needs to get fixed.
