After updating to iOS9 I can not sign into iCloud and restore my backup. Now I do not have access to anything on my iPad air. Any way to fix this?

This what I did to get it working:
Go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
Once it restarts, just re-input your wifi password. Go back into Settings and check ITunes & App Store, FaceTime, and iCloud to make sure that your Apple accounts are signed in.
Not sure what causes it but each time it does, I've reset the network settings and it resolves the issue.
For everyone with this issue check and make sure your settings app has access to cellular service. Settings->Cellular then scroll till you see the settings app.
Nothing is working!!! Got a new iPhone and now my iPad isn't working with wifi or anything, also I signed out and tried signing back in and now it won't let me.
Thanks, i found out that the date is out of date, i set it up automatically and it did work, thanks
For Developers:
- If you have Charles Debugging Proxy (or some other proxy) on, that will result in this kind of error. Turn it off for the log-in and it'll work.
Setting date and time to to update automatically worked! I was just about to give up on my son's iPad when I came across this suggestion. Thank you!
This worked! Thank you.
I’m working on a iPhone 5s and I can’t seem to get to reset it to factory settings
Brilliant! Thank you!
I’ve been trying to figure this out for over an hour and all other ‘fixes’ did not work!
Thank you
I have this question too
Thanks! i realised my wi-fi was out too :-)
THANK YOU for this (though it's over a year old). I was trying to get my daughter's iPod set up for Christmas & had tried everything under the sun. Doing this fixed it. Thanks!!
Tried the Network reset. Did not resolve the issue. Still getting the cannot connect to Apple ID server.
