iphone software doesnt run with itunes version?

I just was asked to update my Iphone 5 System - so I didi it. Then my Desktop says my itunes cant find the iphone anymore....?

Why did he asked for this update and cant handle it? So I just wanted to make a data safe and now my computer doesnt find my iphone anymore.

I cant make a system update of my desktop, because some programs I need for my work and business dont get along with the new system.

Could I remove the new system of my Iphone?

I really dont know what to do now. I need both things for work :-(.

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.2

Make sure you are using iTunes 12.3. This will require OSX 10.8.5 or newer. You cannot reverse the iOS upgrade to your phone and you must be using iTunes 12.3.
