iPhone 6S freezes after unlock

me too, I think it gets worse when the iPhone is charging; my phone is not even a week old and have freeze problems...

Well, after doing my own exhaustive testing and troubleshooting, I am convinced that this screen freeze issue is not a software issue. I had this problem on my first 6+ a couple months ago. I had had the phone for almost a year when it started. I had it replaced by Apple, and the first replacement phone started doing the same thing (plus screen flicker) within 24 hours of having it... lol Then Apple replaced it again and now this 3rd device is doing it after a month. If you hold the corners and push in the center of the back of the phone, it works. If you do the opposite, (hold the corners and push on the center of the screen) it freezes.

I'm done. It's been a long run I've had with the iPhone, but I'm jumping back to the other side and going to the Nexus 6P. Looking at fi.google.com!!

Date is Friday, February 5th.

Freezing after unlock has not stopped (With touch ID or no touch ID) since the day I have bought my Silver 128GB 6S with a Samsung chip (4 months ago).

Have tried over 30 restores (Have set it up as new and have tried setting up from backup). The phone has been bought from the Swizz provider "Sunrise" in an airport in Zurich.

Have tried the newest iOS beta, literally NOTHING works.

I am not sure if I will be able to switch out the phone for a new one because I am from Europe, and in my country there is only an iStyle store that is associated with Apple, they are an Apple reseller company.
It is worth mentioning that I also got a 16GB Space Gray 6S from the exact same place with a Samsung chip and that phone does not have ANY of the issues. Can confirm this is an issue with only the 128GB version of the phone.

Does anyone know what I should do?

Had the same problem with my iPhone 6s plus 128gb TSMC, I restored it four times at two different computers but no result. When I contacted Apple and they asked if I went to the Apple Store. They tested him and replaced it for a new one, now the problem is over.
Thanks Apple now I'm going to enjoy it!

Does the new Beta fix the issue?

My phone is not freezing anymore, I think this is a random software issue.

I am interested to hear any input on this question? So far none of the updates I have downloaded have done anything. I managed to get my phone to work fairly good after two dozen restores and fresh setups. I am not updating my phone ever again until I know there is a concrete fix. If anyone has the new public beta and it corrected this issue please let us know!

This morning after 4 days the freezing after unlock returned, really annoying! I had several app updates so what is the cause I do not know.

A hard reset also makes no difference.

Strange that it returned after 4 days, it was really gone.

I really do not know what to do in my current situation..

Installing latest iOS 9.3 Public Beta 3. Will update tomorrow.

After installing Public Beta 3 I have noticed that after unlocking the time in the status bar doesn't show up.

But so far the freeze after unlock HAS NOT HAPPENED.

Let's not get happy too fast, I will do more testing tomorrow and will update once again.
