Zoom Setting in Apple Wallet

I'm on 9.0.1.

ditto. just got my iphone 6s. upgraded to 9.0.2 before doing anything with the wallet. wallet started off zoomed. i'll unzoom when Apple comes out with a bug fix.

This a known issue, if you call the phone center for your region they will transfer you to a Senior Adviser to submit a fix to the engineers.

Same thing happened to me. 5s to 6s, currently running 9.0.2. Tried taking Apple Wallet out of the app switcher and hard rebooting and no luck. Apple please fix this without us having to go through the process of wiping our phones and starting from scratch to get it to work! It's almost been a month now since release...

This issue has been fixed in 9.1. Just wait for the update. 🙂

Same problem here. Set up iPhone 6S from a backup of iPhone 5S. After a month of following this and many other discussions in Support Communities about this problem, submitting feedback, and contacting Customer Service, I took the new iPhone to the Genius Bar at my local Apple Store. The "solution" was to restore the phone and set up as a new phone. Items in the wallet now appear in the appropriate size. Of course, I had to download all my apps, rebuild all my settings including Touch ID and passcode, reconfigure my wifi and Bluetooth connections, and sync my tones. And, of course I lost a lot of information including my Messages content and Activity data since June. Oh, and did I mention that I had Activity data because I have an Apple Watch paired to my phone, which also had to be restored, paired, and configured. So much for a smooth transition from one device to another. Apple, you let me down! All told, four to five hours of work to get my phone to work as expected, more to communicate the problem to the company. And from Apple... the sound of crickets.

This has been discussed in many forums like Macrumors and others. And according to beta testers who had the problem, update 9.1 fixes it.

Too bad the Apple geniuses didn't tell you that before you took the plunge and set it up as new.

I'm sure Apple will eventually fix this bug so their phones displaying an ugly zoomed wallet go away. I make a point of showing the bug to all cashiers when I use it... embarrassment may be the best approach to temper Apple hubris... of course we all make mistakes. As with most problems, if Apple would issue a statement acknowledging it and saying they are dealing with it, we'd be more likely to cut them a break
