Is ATT throttling Apple Music??

For the last week or two, I've been virtually unable to stream Apple Music over AT&T LTE in southeastern Wisconsin. Everything else is super fast. A Speedtest routinely shows I can get 20Mbps. I thought maybe it was on Apple's end, but I never have I have trouble over WiFi. I do not have "High Quality over Cellular" enabled, though I'm kind of annoyed I can't even try it! Anyone else having issues? Any theories?

Similar experience, also on ATT in SE Wiconsin. I experienced sporadic problems with songs stopping or not starting prior to iOS 9, but appears to be worse in last few weeks. Experienced on both iPhone 5S and now 6S. Family Data Share data plan.

Frustrating, but a workaround for me will likely be to download and make playlists available offline until either Apple or ATT resolves.

Another similar experience in SE Wisconsin! Nothing personal, but am I ever glad it is not just me! I have noticed it the last few days... Then today I tried downloading a couple apps from the App store using LTE that were only 1-2MB and it was taking MINUTES. Anything larger than 10MB wouldn't even start to download.

I have not heard anyone else chime in that is on any other network, so it seems to be an ATT thing! Sure hope they get this fixed fast.

I too am on AT&T network, Orlando, FL. Im on a 30gb data plan.

It only started to happen when I just got my iPhone 6s, previously with my 6 no problems that i could remember.

At first I thought it was just bad service ... because I try to use Apple music in my car, but then I realize Youtube was loading fast and on high quality on LTE no problem .... thats what got me searching for this problem, Im glad to know I am not the only one. This is really upsetting. I havent seen any other throttling problems with anything else, If I happen to I will post about it.

Yes -- News app is also useless over AT&T LTE. So, is the entire iCloud near-useless on ATT LTE? And if so, why isn't it creating a firestorm online? Does anyone know friends or family that are NOT affected by this issue on ATT LTE?

I've been engaged in a Twitter DM with AT&T. They've been very earnest in wanting to help and tell me they are working with other departments. It was acknowledged to be a known issue, but it didn't seem like they had any idea if it was ATT or Apple's. If anyone has a chance to talk to AppleCare about it, please let us know.

Same issue here in Orlando with Music, News, and App downloads on AT&T grandfathered unlimited plan on iPhone 6S. Spoke with an AppleCare specialist earlier but he had no documentation on the issue and couldn't provide a solution. As others have noted I have no issues with Pandora, YouTube, etc. Is it possible for AT&T to throttle individual services or is this more likely an Apple issue?
