iPhone time not Set Automatically under iOS9

Hi has anyone else got this issue?

Since upgrading my 5s to iOS 9 the clock drifts by a few seconds each day, because it's no longer updating automatically to the 'correct' time via my telecom provider or wifi etc.

The only way to get the iPhone clock to sync exactly is to manually turn off 'set automatically' in the settings and then turn it back on again. This then sets the clock exactly to the correct time. (e.g. when checking a site such as time.is).

My friends iPhone 5 exhibits the same behaviour, but my wife's 5 doesn't, neither do any of our iPads.

A reset and clean install of 9.0.1 didn't fix it either.

If others have the same issue I'll file a bug report 🙂
