I cannot access iCloud calendar. I've gotten these four error messages at different times. My software is all up to date. Cannot synch Mac with iPhone 6s. I've had to go to Google, but this is a total pain!!!!! HELP!!

I called Apple Support this morning, 10/3/15. After a 5 minute wait, I worked with one individual for about 20 minutes, with no luck. She turned me over to a iOS Senior Advisor, who logged the problem. He said I am not the only one with this problem. He said he would let me know via email, when the problem has been resolved.

In my case, this started when I tried doing a restore (on 9/25/15 or 9/26/15) of my Calendar on iCloud, on my new 6s. (Somehow, I lost all my calendar events.) It struck an error after maybe 40 minutes, and I've been hosed up ever since.

I've had the same all day with Yosemite. Upgraded to El Capitan still the same. Apple support tried to help on the phone using screen share but couldn't fix it. Told me it was an Apple server issue that it will soon be resolved their end, if not by 7.45pm tonight I was told to call back. These things happen, still not good, driving me a little nuts. Wasted a lot of time thinking it was my end. Reminders not syncing either.

I continue to have the same icloud calendar issues too. I've tried recreating my calendar events from Outlook 2011 to iCal, tried creating new calendars in 'On My Mac' instead if iCloud, getting ready to cable my phone and laptop to try a sync - spent many hours on this for days now. I'm wondering if I am making things worse and should just leave everything alone and wait until it is fixed, or as one person mentioned, switch to Google calendar.

I want to thank zinacef, for recommending to me, to log my problem with Apple Support. It was really simple, short and sweet. And, they did fix my problem after 3 days.

I fiddled with this from 9/25 to 10/6 and the only thing I accomplished was to get myself more frustrated. So, if you have this problem, I 2nd zinacef - call Apple Support.

It is so much easier to use Apple Calendar/Contacts/Email - than any other alternative!!

Thank you all, and thank you iCloud Team.

I am having the exact same problem as of 10/25/15. Anyone else having this issue currently???

Can't access Calendar through iCloud.com either.

Please help. I use a Macbook Air and iPhone 6Plus.

Sorry to hear you have the same problem I had.

I suggest you call Apple Support. They were quite fast in providing a human voice. There is no cost as it is their problem. They may not have an immediate solution while you are on the line. They did not with me. But, just 2-3 days later, I got an email that said my problem had been resolved. I don't know what they did.

Good luck.

I am experiencing this problem now too. It started as another person said when I tried to restore a back up from the night before (accidental calendar entry delete). The apple customer service folks could not have any better people or communication skills. They know just what to say when I am trying to polite but clearly am frustrated. They truly are consistently great. The issue I am now having with Apple is their response time when people use their products for small businesses. This is now the 2nd calendar issue I've had the past month. After the 9.0 phone upgrade my iPhone touchscreen did not work for a month. I spent a lot of time trying to get it fixed, only to find out it was two upgrades in that fixed it finally. Now I am locked out of my iCal. It is now taking too much time Apple to get to these issues when people rely on these systems for work.
