I cannot access iCloud calendar. I've gotten these four error messages at different times. My software is all up to date. Cannot synch Mac with iPhone 6s. I've had to go to Google, but this is a total pain!!!!! HELP!!

I concur with Beaverfood. It's best to contact Apple support. They have escalated to Apple engineers to resolve this problem (I hope). The symptom was not seeing new events syncing between my own devices, and also my wife's computer starting around October 28 or so. I live in my calendar, so this is quite a disturbance in the force.

I almost forgot to mention - there is a utility in the Advanced portion of Settings on iCloud.com to Restore Calendars and Reminders. I ran it, but it didn't work for me. It could potentially work for you - certainly worth trying to see if you can get your calendar events and reminders back.

I did as recommended. My issue has been reported to the engineers supposedly as a priority item. At first I was told perhaps it could be corrected within 24 hours. I use calendar for my business and this is a very significant problem for me. That was four days ago. I am still locked out of my computer calendar entirely.

While I can update my iPhone calendar, I do not know if there is a way I can input my iPhone iCal data to my computer. In trying to fix it, they also cleared my computer calendar out so it is now sadly completely empty.

If they get it back online, I also don't know whether all of my newer entries from my phone will be restored or wiped out. This process I am concerned will compromise my calendar as it currently stands on my iPhone.

Does anyone know of a way to get the iPhone calendar inputted to the computer? Is there a way to protect my updates on the iPhone? It is synced to the cloud, but when I log onto iCloud through my computer it says the last calendar entires were from before when this happened.

Also, does anyone know a way to work with the engineers directly? They keep putting a customer service middle man in, who I feel very badly for him in this, and even with the prioritization he is no longer getting any input from the engineers so I have no idea what to expect or when. The past input customer service got through emails suggested the engineers may not also have a clear understanding of the situation. I am extremely disappointed in this process and the company now. I also tried writing Apple directly too, but their website says to not expect a response unless more information is needed.

I spoke to a technician today to find out if I could get what is on my iPhone calendar onto my computer. She was very helpful and understanding. This is what she walked me through if it helps others...

Thank you as well for letting us know that it may go on at least until next Tuesday or Wednesday.

Strangely, I have been able to update my calendar on my iPhone 5s throughout and back it up to the Cloud. The technician I worked with said she could confirm these back ups are working-and are going to the Cloud. It is on my computer that iCloud is not working. (This just did not work for my office purposes where I need the fuller functions of my computer). I also told her I was very concerned that my calendar would be scrambled if ever restored since there are different versions pre iCloud failure on my computer and post iCloud failure on phone.

To sync calendar information with your computer directly, via iTunes:

First you go to settings > iCloud>calendars and turn off iCloud calendar on iPhone.

Connect your phone to your Mac.

Select your iPhone from the top left.

Choose sync from the bottom right of the resulting page.

This synced my iPhone calendar back onto the computer and went around the iCloud issue

I also then turned off iCloud directly on my computer, so that when my iCloud account comes back online it doesn't merge and become compromised.

When the issues with iCloud Calendars are resolved:

Go to iCloud.com from your Mac as well as to the Mac’s calendar app and delete older calendar events.

Once deleted, navigate to Settings > iCloud > Calendars on your phone and turn iCloud Calendar back on. Once you can see those events on iCloud.com, turn iCloud Calendars back on in system preferences of your Mac.

I forgot to add one thing to my update. If you sync your calendar through iTunes, it is important to remember that the iPhone is no longer connected to the Cloud. Therefore, it is important to regularly connect your phone to the computer and iTunes for manual syncing-since this is no longer automatically happening through the iCloud as it is temporarily disabled.

Hi all,

I am wondering what was the real problem that hinder your issues from being resolved. I had the exact same problem as all of you here regarding iCloud Calendar and iCloud Reminders. I noticed the problem on 6 Nov 2015 (Friday) and quickly logged a case with Apple Support. Spoke to a Senior Technical Adviser who was a very helpful lady. She assured me that Apple takes all issues very seriously and that she will come back to me in a few days with a complete resolution. I waited patiently yet very worried because I read about all the problems you have here and that there has been no resolution to the issue. However, on 10 Nov 2015 (Tuesday early morning), I noticed that both my iCloud Calendar and Reminders items all came back to my iPhone 6S plus. The problem has been completely resolved in a matter of less than 2 working days. I am so glad that I left the issues in the good hands of the apple experts. Just want to share my experience here so that you are aware that there are complete resolutions to the issues that all of you are facing here. Thanks and have a nice day!
