Airplay issue with El Capitan

Having a reliability issue while using airplay with el capitan to apple tv 3! it will either work after a long delay (and not turn off) or won't work at all. My iPhone 6S iOS 9.0.2 works fine with airplay and my home network is not an issue. Anyone else have this issue?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

I have a similar issue with my MacBook Air (13-inch, Mid 2013) on El Capitan. I can connect to my Apple TV 3 (I copy the screen) but it's still not usable: slow framerate and the sound is "cut". I tried the old tips (disconnect the bluetooth for example) but nothing fix the problem.

Does Apple try their features?

PS: The AirPlay works fine with my iPhone 5s and my iPad Mini 2 Retina (both on iOS 9.0.2).

Similar issue. Early 2011 13" MBP, 2.3 ghz I5, 8GB, 256GB SSD,

No firewall, AT2 is up to date.

Airplay connects same way it worked with Mavericks and Yosemite.

After playing fine for 2-3 minutes, the audio stays good, but the video has bad frame rate,

(it is more like a collection of still images) and is 10+ seconds behind the audio.

after running this way for 20-30 minutes, it clears up to run flawlessly for a minute or two.

Then reverts back to the delayed, spotty, video with OK audio.

It shows constantly perfect on MBP screen which is being mirrored.

Same content connects and runs fine from similar capability Mini. (running Mavericks)

Same issue here too. Since the upgrade to El Capitan, my MBP 13 (Early 2015) and ATV3 (w/ 7.2) just don't work. My iOS devices airplay nicely, but my MBP often fails discovering the ATV3, and when it does, it just does not mirror. I have another MBP with 10.10, and it connects flawlessly. 10.11 is broken.

Firewall is off. Everything is updated. Rebooted ATV3. There are no AirPlay restrictions enabled. No codes or passwords. I'm resorting back to VGA cables.

This is frustrating.

Was testing the process with another teacher's Macbook Pro 13" retina. They have 10.9.5 and it works flawlessly connecting to the ATV3.

I've also noticed my iPad Air w/ 9.1 takes much longer to connect via Airplay to the ATV3. Even requiring the 4 digit code when this has all been disabled on the ATV 3.

Apple 10.11.x has been nothing but problems. My firewall is off. Everything is updated. Restarted. Power cycled. What gives?
