I am running PSE 8 under El Capitan 10.11.3 and almost everything works unchanged from Yosemite 10.10.3. I can "save" or "save as" files anywhere I want and can change file format to any of the full range offered by PSE. The ONLY problems with PSE 8 under El Capitan is the clipboard cannot be exported nor imported AND the PSE 8 icon in the "Dock" is now a generic, not the PSE 8 icon.

I purchased PSE 11 licence in 2013 but never used it as I could not figure out how to set up the panels, as I had in PSE 8. Thanks to Sepiana directing me to Jessica Sprague's excellent YouTube clip "Intro to setting up PSE 11, I can now customise PSE 11 panels as I like. HOWEVER, as PSE 11 freezes under El Capitan when attempting to "save" or "save as" files, all panel locations are lost when I have to "force quit" PSE 11.

Is there any way to at least save the changed Panel Locations in PSE 11 (as in PSE 8/Preferences/General/Save Panel Locations,) please?
