PDF's Printing in Landscape

Hi,

Problem I've encountered since updating to El Capitan, not sure if it's an El Capitan issue or a general OS X issue. I regularly print off address labels, 4 labels per sheet of A4 using Avery labels. In the Print Preview they show in portrait as they always have done but when I print it attempts to print in landscape across the middle of the label sheet. No matter what changes I make before printing to the orientation, etc. it always seems to try and print off in landscape instead of portrait.

The labels I use are generated as a PDF and normally I print direct from Safari as that's where they're generated. Also tried saving them and opening them in Preview, but still they print off landscape across the middle of a portrait sheet of A4 or labels. Tried printing a couple of other things and they print portrait fine, just seems to be PDF's for some reason.

Any idea what may be causing it or how to fix it?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), 2.6GHz, 8GB Ram, 512GB, 1GB NVIDIA

I have the same issue. Preview Print options even SHOW that it is in Portrait, but when it prints PDF, it prints in Landscape. My MacBook Pro is not El Capitan, but Snow Leopard.

I'm having this same issue too, I'm on 10.11.3

I've had the guys from the helpdesk at my company come and try to fix it too, we've tried buggering around with all the settings available. Reseting printers, etc. It doesn't ALWAYS print incorrectly, and it's hard to replicate the problem consistently. Seems like 1 in 5 times it'll print a document incorrectly. What's weird is it'll print 4 fine, then the 5th rotated incorrectly even though no settings changed from the first 4. Sometimes it'll print 4 incorrectly and 1 correctly. Very frustrating. I've tested on a coworker's computer running a different OS, but same PDF and same version of Adobe Acrobat, and everything prints as expected every time.
