Safari crashes on IOS 9

I am running an older Ipad, model MC916LL/A. I installed IOS 9. Safari constantly crashes after a few minutes. I opted not to submit the crash reports on installation and wish I had chosen to submit them, now. I am not seeing anyone reporting on this instability.

I've been using Firefox (I'm in Canada) and so far I really like it (ipad mini). Unlike Safari and Chrome it's been very stable so far ( no crashes). The interface is clean and easy to use ( once you realize that you have to press on the address bar to activate te menu bar). Strangely I prefer Chrome on my Mac or pc's, but I prefer the clean firefox interface on my Ipad mni...

IT's a good alternative...

FireFox for iOS is a joke!

I want a real, fairly FireFox looking browser like what is available for ALL of the major computer OSes.

FIreFox for iOS is NOT FireFox, at all.

I think the Mozilla guys have been catering to the low level Fragmendroid user for waaay toooo long!

FireFox for iOS is a major disappointment on iOS.

There are much better third party iOS web browsers out there that are very well established, like Atomic Web Browser, Dolphin Web Browser, Perfect Web Browser.

Really disappointed in FireFox for iOS.

Mozilla has a lot of nerve even calling this mobile web browser FireFox!

Nothing, NOTHING like FireFox for OS X, Windows and Linnux/Unix/Ubuntu.

I ditched it as soon as I saw what Mozilla did.

IMHO, a real terrible attempt at a mobile browser for tablet use!

Mozilla needs to go back to the developement drawing board and make this look and work more like standard FireFox we all know and appreciate!
