No. Apple simply supply the site for Apple users to help each other. It was stated clearly in the Terms Of Use that you agreed to when joining these forums.

You can of course give Feedback to Apple.

I agree with you 95% of people can sort out software problems

If they just follow advice on the forum & don't moan about the latest

Softwear update.

Some people think its the end of the world when it goes wrong .

But most of the time its just a simple fix.

You don't get anything for free.

But you get free help on the Apple forum.

Yes agree - nothing will come free - but atleast when u r upgrading the software and due to that if people face problems then they need to fix the same free of cost - they need to help customers and get their feedback - software update is not a tool for earning money from the customers

Try a Reboot press & hold power button & menu button

Hold both down for upto 30 seconds until you see

The Apple Logo .

If that doesn't help backup now in iCloud on iPhone .

Then Restore back to factory settings .

We have 2 iphones & 3 iPads .

Ios 9.0.2 is working fine on them all even on older iPad .

I am also having issue with the latest IOS 9 series, since updating my iphone 5c txt message take an age to send, over half report failed to send.

To open the screen take far too long then have to wait for the keypad to appear.

New IOS seems to be full of bugs.

Anyone offer a solution?

Hi Brian, thank you for your words. I actually do not mind "moaning", I understand the user's frustrations when their devices are "not working", I get frustrated as well. What I try to do is weed out the moaning from the substance and concentrate on the the issues they report. I try to address their problem and if successful, I often see the "moaners" turn into Apple lovers again. Nothing unusual here, I love my collection of Apple products when they are behaving (most or nearly all the time) and I don't like them when they do not (seldom or rarely but like all human made devices they can act up). The only time I have a concern is when a poster "moans", is then offered potential solutions, but is not interested in following up. I offered to help the OP here and would have followed up as far as I could but the OP has not been back (I still would try to help). As you know better than me, a "fix" is a bit of detective work and often takes more than one attempt. Sometimes we cannot fix anything - hardware defects can only be handled by an Apple Dealer - software bugs can be referred to Apple Feedback but they take time. Thanks again, elcpu

But it obviously some bug on this software of latest IOS 9.0.2, it not concern about the term of use condition, (whichever it didn't specify any disadvantages or bug exist), somehow this is kind of Virus Bug!! and not the way you describe like dead of life contract that we agree!!

I'm agreed you elcu!! it need to fix asap, coz I'm now using wifi support these apps~~ but under cellular data still jumping another 0.2MB without using it!! So, terrible,,....
