I'm think Peter you're the perfect person to represent all of us, it seen you like one of personnel of Apple, seen you react and assist Apple customer service to response all the query and the solution seen didn't support and out of the scope,... how about you go to clarify with Apple, see you opinion of response to us is it correctness and linkageable or not? It is useful for you to learn some of the lesson, the scope of correctness focus of point of question as well..

Yesterday I had went to once of Apple store called Epic Center located at Somerset, SG, and the apple's personnel advised adjust on the setting portion and goto cellular --> turn off "Wifi Assist", although since yesterday night I turn it off till now... but on my cellular data portion still active, even I didn't use via it but via Wifi, it consumed about 0.2MB/half hour, like little dipping water from the pipe, if accumulated till a month, to be consumed about 1.5GB (in condition didn't use Cellular but Wifi, but this data still running under Cellular data usage!!), so terrible figure for the user of not use such cellular service for those apps support...

I need a proper solution~~~~ who can help!!~~~~~

Yes Dear,

Apple is very very smart - they have not left any single email address at anywhere so we can not complaint.

Anyway i have got my phone repaired by paying Rs. 800 ( 12 $).

There was a problem during making update of ios9 - it requires wifi and you need to restore your phone before making this update.

Apple Support in your country (simply Google it) answer all queries. They also have email addresses (under 'Contact Us' at the bottom of every page here). They also have a Feedback site which has been mentioned numerous time. If you played safe and took out AppleCare like many, you also have a direct connection to them also.

So your claim is baseless, or you simply did not try very hard.

Most issues with iOS9 have been addressed in iOS9.0.2

Cheers

Pete
