Same here, Outlook for Mac 2011, latest version on el Capitan 10.11.1. Small comfort to know I am not the only one, but this is really annoying. Obviously no fix yet, but whoever finds the fix first please post here.

This is not an Outlook problem, it's an OS related problem.

It's a pain in the *ss everytime i open Outlook and it's a tiny little box.

I'm having the same problem with calendar shrinking on restart with El Capitan.

*No, Apple doesn't read the support forums in the way you'd like. The forums are actually for fellow users to share our own fixes. I'm sure Apple has an algorithm to track what the most pressing issues are.

This is definitely an OS X El Capitan problem because I am having it with the built-in Calendar app and some others.

I had the same problem but found by booting my mac into safe mode (Hold down SHIFT while booting), I could then resized Outlook for mac to the size i wanted and then close and open with the same window size.

With Microsoft Outlook I don't have any issues but still with Finder on my iMAC. I don't see the issue on my MAC Book Pro. Something must be stored any file. ".DS"? I already cleared all files but it didn't help.

Oh dear, this is getting the weirdest issue of all issues. Maybe we call it THE issue now … or issuegate.

Same issue, different program. Using VM Fusion in 2 monitor full screen mode: mouse clicks not recognized AT ALL! I must run in single monitor or single window mode. Oh yes, I have the same Outlook window sizing issue.
