Oups i misunderstood and clicked solved. Anyway thanks for your help and if possible i would want it to be back by the end of the weekend. only if possible obviously.
Wow thanks! Youre really helpfull. Yes system Volume information is there. But theres still an issue: gdisk cant install due to the fact its not supported by el capitan. Any idea how to get through this?

I followed what you said on an other thread. It now works like a charm. Sir you deserve all my thanks. I hope that you make career in that because i swear you are a genius. Thanks again, i thought i had to erase and install it all. Without you it i would have done that. Youre really helpfull for a lot of people as i can see. I wish you a great life kind sir.
Please ensure you have backups of OSX and Windows, on separate disks, if possible.
hi dylan - could you elaborate on what you found and where this 'other thread' is? I'm at exactly the same step as you in the post above (i've found my missing partition in testdisk) and I don't know what to do next. i'd really appreciate the help! thanks

The reference is to the two sets of Gdisk steps with start/size values which are specific to each individual case.
