Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
Once you make a new note, I can't figure out how to rename it. You can rename folders, but not the notes themselves.

I’ve noticed that on some notes when you swipe down on them, the option to ‘Edit’ is not always given. No idea why.
Apple’s ”recommended” answer is not the best answer for ios 11. In that case, pull down on the note and the title and the ability to edit it become visible.

open the note that you want, than pull the sketch down, & you will see an “edit” box, click on it & change the name
