Sound card issue and solution - windows 10 - windows 8

Hi Everyone!

So. Recently I was about to install windows 10 on my macbook pro, cause I had to get into some programming in visual studio. I came up with a common known problem with the sound card, that windows was unable to detect the sound card in my mac. Apparently I did some digging around in the net, and I found out that this problem comes down to an EFI boot issue where Windows (if you are installing it from an USB drive during EFI boot) does not recognize the sound card properly. The solution is pretty simple: forget installing your windows from an USB drive. You have to install it via Optical Drive from DVD with BIOS boot. This is the only way that windows will recognise the driver for it, no matter how hard u try after installing it, with boot-camp or just downloading the drivers from the official sites. The easiest way to get the sound card working properly is, to make an USB disk from boot-camp, with the drivers on it, then burn a DVD from the original windows ISO. Then You have to install it from the DVD. After you've done this, Just simply install the boot-camp drivers from the USB drive with the provided setup.exe in the bootcamp directory of the USB drive. Then all of your drivers should work properly.

Hope this post will help anyone who are having troubles with the cirrus logic sound cards or any other sound cards that not working properly during EFI install.
