After I updated to El Capitan on my MacBook Pro the newest Adobe Flash Player ( NPAPI-Plug-In-Version 19.0.0.185 ) is automatically and secretly changing its
preference settings ( Security Settings for example : No camera etc. ). This happens whenever I use my Safari browser.
Are the Apple technicians aware of this security problem with Adobe Flash Player for Mac?

I've been plagued with this on El Capitan as well. I did some testing and my Flash settings are reset every time I ask Safari to clear history or erase browsing data.
The Safari mind-wipe is triggering Adobe Flash Player to reset its preferences to the default. I'm disappointed and unchuffed at this, but happy to finally know what is causing the issue. I don't have a solution yet, though.

Apple changes my security settings wit every update.
They insist for example to allow only downloads fro, the Appstore as a default/ They always know better.
Adobe Flash Player For Mac changing settings on its own!
