Hue Bridge 2.0 HomeKit Problem

I got the bridge 2.0 and set it up and all worked ok.

Now siri does not work any more. When I try to set up again, i get the message:

"Another user already paired the HomeKit enabled bridge. Please ask the user to share his / her home kit settings in order for you to start using Siri voice control"

I checked online and philips page said to log out of iCloud and try again. But when I do that, it says to log into keychain. So I log back into iCloud and enable keychain but then I get the same original message as above.

Anyone know what's going on?

Poor support on this, I have the same issue, I expected to get this fixed moreover the original post was from October. I am lucky as at least the hub is working with Siri with 1 of my IOS devices, no way to get this working with my wife's Iphone 6... she is happy with the domotic 😟..... I tried today turn off the lights outside the network (with apple tv support), no way to get that working, finally I got back to the house and switched off that manually.

I work on software development, and here is clear the poor testing from Phillips, and the poor "Homekit" @certified.... by apple. This is the issue developing their own "standard". We should be for apple/phillips "early adopters" playing with a Beta.

Totally agree. I've given up now and really disappointed with he lack of any official fix to this issue. It's like they are sweeping things under the rug.

I won't be going down the Home Kit route thats for sure. In fact I'm going to let this whole automation situation play out until there is a clear standard.

PROBLEM SOLVED QUICKLY AND EASILY!

After reading all these posts, I came across this link on the Hue website: http://labs.meethue.com/support/siri-homekit

It enables you to quickly reset the HomeKit without any programming and without loss of the Bridge settings. It took less that 5 minutes. I don't understand why this solution isn't more widely known.

Very glad that there is a solution now. Voice control in the Hue app is working again by using the link provided.

The "reset home kit configuration" is a temporary fix. I think there might be a hardware problem with the Hue 2.0 hub, because I have multiple HomeKit devices that all work flawlessly with the exception of my Hue 2.0 Hub.

I have both my iPad and my iPhone on the same iCloud account. Pre-update, only the iPad was working for voice control - the iPhone would hang on iCloud syncing if i recall correctly.

i updated the phone first to 9.3, tried voice control, and it worked after reentering the password.

I then updated the iPad to 9.3, and voice control continues to work on both.
