Mophie stopped working after iOS 9 update

""This cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably with this iPhone" Suddenly I am getting this message when I try to use my Mophie case to charge my iPhone 6. Didn't have this problem until the iOS 9 update. If Apple is selling these in their stores how are they suddenly not certified!?

I don't have any trouble charging with the lightening cable after removing the phone from the Mophie. I can't be the only person with this issue.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.2

Hopefully there is someone here that has a suggestion for this Mophie problem who is a little more friendly in their response! Or someone else who has experienced this problem.

The port is lint free, the phone charges when taken out of the Mophie and charged with the original lightening cable, the Mophie charges with it's original cable by itself with no iPhone in it. So it seems that the problem occurred after the last iOS update 9.0.2 suddenly the phone would not take a charge from the Mophie(Which was purchased in July)

As my several mophies work fine with my iPhone and iPad, both running iOS 9.0.2, the problem is most likely not iOS 9.0.2. If the phone is charing properly and the port is clean, then the problem is not likely to be the phone. Ergo, the problem is with the mophie. But, as noted, this is not a technical support forum for mophie any more than it is for any of the third party products that Apple sells. So, as previously advised, take the matter up with mophie. They can tell you if the product is under warranty and, if so, how to take advantage of that.

OH I see! You are as helpful as the other two! Thanks for nothing

I'm sorry if the importance of the lesson in in the difference between correlation and causality is lost on you. Perhaps, over time, you'll come to understand why it matters, that assumptions about cause get in the way of troubleshooting.

Sorry you didn't like the packaging but the advice is still just as good. Contact mophie.

Hi Keggyred, my name is Elise . You certainly shouldn't be having any issues using your mophie product with your phone, even after an update. It's possible that you are having an issue with the mophie product itself, in which case we would be more than happy to provide you with some troubleshooting tips, or a replacement product under our one year warranty.

Will it take them seven months to reply, too?

Hi I'm facing nearly the
same problems with my mophie with juice pack, it starts to charge but it stops
and a sounds come out as it has stopped to charge, I can say that I´ve cleaned
the contacts and the issue is kept the same.

It came out after the 9,2
version and even on the current 9,3,2 the problem still.

it seems like a loop, start
to charge and stops after a few seconds, and if I leave it on this lovely noisy
loop will get charged, but before the 9,2 update was with no problem.... maybe
is there a way to come back with older version of the software?

Please help me. :-)
