I am using a Transcend Jetdrive Lite in my MacBook Air Mid-2013
The drive auto ejects the SD-Card the moment i open the lid of my MacBook, that is when it goes to sleep mode.
Does the Jetdrive Toolbox still works on OS X 10.11 El Capitan? Thanks

Same here, sometimes it takes 2-5 seconds, sometimes 5-10. But until now it works when I wake up the Macbook. Good enough for me 🙂
For me it takes 10-20 seconds on rMBP, but works.

I had the same problem and ended up re-installing the toolbox, now 1.16 (1). That didn't work. Then realised that I had used symlinker to hook up Logic to the jetdrive and that might make a difference. Tried everything and eventually ended up turning "Power Save".
Like Baloo says below, it does the opposite to what it says it does in the app. Weird.
is there a fix for the issue? i tried encrypting my jetdrive and everytime my mac's wake from standby mode my jetdrive is unmount and now i revert back my jetdrive to decryption but still auto-remount from standby mode on wake is not working.
I have this same problem and until now Toolbox isn't working. But I tried the mentioned Mountain application (http://appgineers.de/mountain) and worked really great!!
